Who can use Marsh
You must be 18 or older. By texting Marsh or creating an account you confirm that you are, and that the phone number you use is yours.
What Marsh is, and is not
Marsh is an AI assistant. It is not a doctor, a therapist, a lawyer or a financial adviser, and nothing it says is professional advice. For anything serious, talk to someone qualified.
If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services, or call or text 9-8-8 in Canada and the US.
Messages
Marsh only texts you first after you have explicitly agreed to it. Reply STOP to any message to end all messages immediately, or HELP for help. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Payment
Marsh costs $19.99 USD per month, or $119.99 USD per year, after a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your settings and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Acceptable use
Do not use Marsh to break the law, to harm anyone, to generate material that sexualises minors, or to impersonate someone else. We will close accounts that do.
Your content
What you tell Marsh stays yours. You give us permission to process it so the service can work: storing it, sending it to our model provider to generate a reply, and keeping the summary Marsh uses to remember you. Nothing more.
Availability
We try to keep Marsh running and we will not always succeed. The service is provided as it is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Marsh after that means you accept the new version.
