Privacy Policy
Last updated 15 September 2026. What we collect, why we collect it, and how to delete it.
What we collect
Your phone number, the messages you exchange with Marsh, and anything you add to your profile: name, email, timezone. If you arrived from an ad we record which page you came from and the campaign it belonged to. If you connect an app, we store the access token for it and nothing else from that account beyond what you ask Marsh to do.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to remember you between conversations, to text you at the right local time, and to bill you. That is the whole list.
Who we share it with
Our model provider, to generate replies. Our messaging provider, to deliver texts. Stripe, to take payment, so we never see your card. A product analytics provider, for aggregate usage. We do not sell your data and we do not share your messages with advertisers.
What Marsh remembers
Marsh keeps a short written profile of the durable things: your goals, your schedule, what tends to get in the way. It is plain sentences. On the Memory page in your dashboard you can read every one, edit or delete any of them, or delete the lot along with your entire message history. Deleting it actually deletes it.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. If you delete your account we remove your messages and profile within 30 days, keeping only what we are legally required to keep for billing records.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email privacy@getmarsh.app and we will act within 30 days.
Children
Marsh is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone younger, and we delete it if we find we have.
